Where: Virtual via Zoom – you can attend from home or the gym! We will meet you where you are! No equipment needed!

8-8:30 Sign In
8:30 Camp Opening and Warm Up
9:00-4:15 Rotations (includes 30-minute lunch break) 4:15 Camp Closing

Registration:
Registration information will be posted on the Region 7 website this week! https://www.region7usagym.com Once you are registered, you will be emailed the Zoom link. This event is NOT sanctioned; however, all participants will complete a participation waiver when they register for the camp.
Participation Fee: $15.00 per athlete and/or coach
