EXTENDED DEADLINE … Apparel Forms are DUE 11/25/22. Please submit forms ASAP – Excel Format Prefered. I am going with the story of quite a few of you, just forgot!
Please complete the attached apparel forms and return to NJUSAGKids@gmail.com by 11/25/22. No guarantees on quantity stock if later than the due date.
Also, NJ USAG will be producing a collection of meet, gym, party, etc., photos capturing the fun and beauty of gymnastics in our state. We are focusing on candid shots of individuals & groups behind-the-scenes. We are counting on you to help make the collection truly memorable for our gymnastics community. Candid photos are needed for any USAG Levels 2 to 10, and Xcel. Send photos to NJUSAKids@gmail.com by 5/15/23. Release Forms must be included. NO PHOTO WILL BE USED WITHOUT A SIGNED RELEASE FOR EACH PERSON IN THE PHOTO.
