Attached is the application form (with application instructions) for the 2019 Lynn Perrott Memorial Scholarship.
Eligibility for the scholarship includes:
~graduating senior
~currently competing Level 8-10 in the Region 7 Women’s JO Program
~plans to attend college
~Has not accepted a gymnastics scholarship
