Rachel Pallay is a Level 9 athlete training at Head Over Heels Gymnastics where she is coached by Toni Borden, Matt Deibert, and Jason Bauer.
She resides in Hillsborough, NJ with her parents Laura and Gary Pallay.
In the fall, Rachel plans on attending college and majoring in Pre Med.
