The Region 7 Pre-Season Prep training camp is in its 11th year, and has been a tremendously successful event for our Level 8-10 athletes and coaches. Each year the camp fills to capacity, with 100 athletes per camp (Level 8, Level 9/10) for a total of 200 athletes. We are looking forward to another great camp in 2016, and invite clubs to consider hosting the camp. This is a great fundraising opportunity for clubs, and a great way to have access to the camp for your athletes. We are now accepting bids for the 2016 camp, scheduled for June 24-26, 2016. The Level 8 camp runs from Friday (noon) until mid-day Sat, and Level 9/10 begins mid-day Saturday to mid-day Sunday. Due to the size of the camp, it is necessary to have a minimum of 2 floors, training/drill stations at each event, and auxiliary training areas. The attached bid information outlines the club’s and region’s responsibilities. Please forward any questions regarding the camp, including financials or space requirements, to Linda Johnson.Interested clubs should submit the attached bid form with a floor plan of the gym to Linda Johnson, RJOCC, by December 15, 2015.
